Refund Policy

We work hard to make sure PRTOCANADA’s digital guide, operated by 1984724 ONTARIO CORP., gives you real value. Because our products are digital downloads, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase is complete.

When Refunds Are Allowed

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You were charged twice for the same order

• There was a technical error that prevented you from accessing the product

In these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

Please email friends@prtocanada.ca with your order details. We’ll review your request and let you know if it qualifies.

Currency

All purchases are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may display approximate pricing in Indian rupees for convenience, but refunds will always be processed in CAD.
